II’m a business strategist, marketer, and entrepreneur based in Hoboken, New Jersey.

My entrepreneurial journey started at 17 when I launched Strength Technique, an online powerlifting coaching business. What began as a passion for fitness quickly became a passion for building businesses—marketing, growth, systems, customer acquisition, and creating better experiences.

In 2020, I joined what is now XCEL Athletic Lifestyle during a challenging period for the fitness industry. Over the following years, I became involved across marketing, operations, technology, lead generation, automation, advertising, and business development, working closely with leadership to help grow the company into a multi-million dollar organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to projects generating more than $10 million in revenue and managed over $250,000 in advertising across Google and Meta. I’ve also helped launch and grow businesses across fitness, healthcare, home services, and professional services.

Today, through Marquez & Co., I work alongside business owners to launch ideas, solve problems, build growth systems, and create businesses positioned for long-term success.

For me, business has always been about more than marketing. It’s about turning ideas into reality and building something meaningful.
