I'm a business strategist, marketer, and entrepreneur based in Hoboken, New Jersey.

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2016 at the age of 17 when I launched Strength Technique, an online powerlifting coaching business. While I enjoyed helping athletes improve their performance, I quickly realized I was even more passionate about building the business itself. I found myself spending more time thinking about growth, marketing, systems, client acquisition, and how to create a better experience than I did writing training programs. That business introduced me to website development, digital marketing, and the fundamentals of entrepreneurship.

In 2020, I joined what was then SkyClub Fitness & Spa shortly after the fitness industry was hit hard by COVID-19. Following new ownership and the transition into XCEL Athletic Lifestyle, I was given opportunities to contribute beyond my role, starting with marketing projects and eventually becoming involved in business operations, technology, lead generation, automation, advertising, and customer acquisition.

Over the next several years, I worked closely alongside ownership and leadership to help drive the growth of XCEL Athletic Lifestyle. Through strategic promotions, lead generation initiatives, marketing automation, CRM systems, paid advertising, and operational improvements, we helped transform what was once a struggling post-COVID fitness business into a multi-million dollar organization. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what it takes to build, scale, and continuously improve a business over time.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to projects responsible for generating more than $10 million in revenue and managed more than $250,000 in advertising investment across Google and Meta platforms. My experience spans customer acquisition, lead generation, marketing automation, business development, and growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Beyond XCEL Athletic Lifestyle, I've had the opportunity to help launch and support businesses across multiple industries including fitness, healthcare, home services, cleaning services, and professional services. From developing websites and implementing systems to creating marketing infrastructure and growth strategies, I've worked alongside business owners to help turn ideas into reality and build businesses positioned for long-term success.

One of the projects I'm most proud of is Iron Grace Studio in Hoboken, where I helped turn an idea into a fully operational business through website development, systems implementation, marketing infrastructure, operational planning, and business strategy.

Today, through Marquez & Co., I work directly with business owners on strategic projects, growth initiatives, and business opportunities. Whether it's launching a new venture, building the systems needed to support growth, or helping navigate the next stage of a business, I enjoy being part of the process and helping bring ideas to life.
